Simply call us at 800-811-8282 or fill out our On Hold Script Preparation Survey and hit submit. This gives us the information we’ll need to begin crafting your on-hold messages. A Beauty On Hold representative will then send your custom script to you and follow up with a phone call to discuss the equipment and program options to best suit your salon or spa.

STEP 2.

Beauty On Hold will ship the proper digital equipment and your professional program to your practice.

STEP 3.

Call us when you receive the equipment and a Beauty On Hold representative will walk you through the installation process. It usually takes about 10 minutes. If necessary Beauty On Hold will facilitate the installation through your telephone vendor or a telephone vendor in our network.
